Virginia Beach Shag Club

The Virginia Beach Shag Club aims to preserve and promote shag dancing by uniting enthusiasts of all ages. We host events and gatherings to foster community joy and belonging. Founded with a love for dance, our club supports local charities and initiatives, enhancing community engagement.

Please Note: No Mix & Mingle on September 17th

There will be no Mix and Mingle on Wednesday September 17th as many members will be at the SOS Fall Migration in Myrtle Beach.

We will still have a Mix and Mingle on September 10th (along with our Membership Meeting)  and will then resume our Wednesday Mix and Mingles on September 24.  See you on the dance floor!

All members: Please come to the Mix and Mingle early on November 5th to participate in our club elections.  Click the link below for detailed information on candidates for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Nominations Chair.

Notes: There will be no line dance class on that evening. The Mix and Mingle will begin right after the meeting. (At that time we will also admit non-members). Not a member? See below, we would love to have you join us!
